Our Fees

St Matthews Pre School is a registered charity with a financial objective of maintaining a balanced budget by the end of each year. The budget is planned based on the number of enrolled children and the fees charged, to ensure expenses such as church hall rent, insurance, staff wages, and other necessary costs are covered. Our primary goal is to serve the local community by offering valuable services to children and families, rather than to make a profit.

To achieve this goal, it is essential that we have sufficient income to cover our expenses. We are committed to treating every child fairly and will never discriminate against any child due to their parent or guardian's inability to pay fees genuinely. However, in cases where genuine financial hardship cannot be demonstrated, we will actively pursue full payment of fees from the parents. Our aim is to collect outstanding fees efficiently while maintaining a supportive and understanding approach to families facing financial difficulties.

Fees are reviewed annually and parents will be informed of any increase in fee’s in writing at least one month in advance
