Our Fees
St Matthew's Pre School is a registered charity. Our fees are reviewed annually to ensure we can continue to provide high-quality care and education while covering essential costs such as staffing, premises, insurance, resources and activities.
We aim to keep our fees fair and transparent. Parents will be informed in writing of any changes to fees.
Please speak to us if you are experiencing financial difficulty. We will always aim to work sensitively and supportively with families.
Fees are reviewed annually and parents will be informed in writing of any changes at least one month in advance.
We accept Universal 15 Hours Funding, eligible two-year-old funding and Extended 30 Hours Funding. Eligibility and the date funded hours can begin will depend on your child's age and individual circumstances. Parents may be asked to provide an eligibility code and complete the necessary funding declaration forms. £7.05 per non-funded hour and 3 & 4 Year Olds =
£6.60 per non-funded hour
Other Costs
We ask for a £1.00 consumables contribution per session towards healthy snacks, arts and crafts materials, cooking activities, wipes, tissues and other consumable resources used throughout the preschool day.
We also regularly offer a variety of optional enrichment activities delivered by specialist providers and experienced practitioners. These may include phonics, sports, music, dance, science, language learning and other specialist workshops. Where a charge applies, parents will always be informed in advance. The current charge is £2.50 per enrichment activity attended, this cost is subject to change depending on the cost set by external providers.
Children may bring a healthy packed lunch from home or enjoy a hot school meal prepared by the primary school kitchen, available at a cost of £3.20 per meal. School meal prices are set by Warrington Borough Council and may be subject to change.
